NIH BMI Calculator(Unofficial)

I have removed the ripped version of the calculator website, and have reverted back to the NIH site. Therefore, this is now a wrapper for the actual NIH calculator site. This should make things a bit easier for users, and also allows users to access more information directly from the site within the app.
