QuickMute Volume Control

- Notification icon now launches when the phone turns on. Users have the option of turning off the notification icon (as before), which will disable this behavior.- QuickMute seekbars now correctly show current volume levels each time the app is brought to the foreground.- Fixed issues around notification volume
